Project Dallen

On behalf of Heijmans B.V., De Romein Group carried out civil works for the Dallen project. The project included the locations Rijksweg N33, Adriaan Tripweg, Jan Kokweg, and Orionweg.
For this project, we executed the following tasks:
Construction Preparation Phase
- demolition and cleanup work
- installation and maintenance of dewatering systems
- excavation and transportation of approximately 105,000 m³ of excavated soil
- delivery and installation of around 3,500 meters of sewerage
- delivery and installation of manholes
- delivery and installation of approximately 2,000 meters of sheet piling
- delivery and installation of around 150 meters of culverts
- delivery and installation of approximately 3,000 meters of drainage
- delivery and installation of about 6,500 tons of road foundation
- delivery and installation of approximately 3,300 square meters of paving
Residential Preparation Phase
- demolition and cleanup work
- excavation and transportation of approximately 7,000 m³ of excavated soil
- processing this soil at various locations
- delivery and installation of around 500 meters of sewerage
- delivery and installation of 185 manholes
- delivery and installation of 1,200 tons of road foundation
- delivery and installation of 3,700 meters of curbs
- delivery and installation of 2,100 tons of asphalt, base layer
- delivery and installation of 1,500 tons of asphalt, binder layer
- delivery and installation of 400 tons of profiling layer
- delivery and installation of 1,100 tons of asphalt, surface layer
- application of thermoplastic markings
