- approximately 32,000 m³ of earthworks
- installation of sewage and drainage (1,000 m PVC sewer and 850 m pressure pipe)
- installation of approximately 175 meters of culverts
- construction of foundation layers
- sheet piling and soil stabilization
- installation of approximately 4,400 meters of pavements
- installation of 17 concrete manholes with covers
- water management measures (weir)
