The Weerterij Siddeburen

For the Housing Foundation Slochteren (now Lefier), De Romein Group developed and realized an expansion plan for a residential neighborhood in Siddeburen. The neighborhood has been elaborated down to the smallest detail in collaboration with the Municipality of Slochteren and SWS. The result is a complete execution plan, including specifications and drawings. The preparation phase for construction of this project has been fully completed.

For this project, we carried out the following tasks:

Site Preparation

  • Approximately 50,000 m3 of earthworks
  • About 3,500 meters of drainage and sewerage
  • Installation of overflow system for pond
  • Installation of pond retaining walls
  • Supply and installation of culverts
  • Supply and installation of mixed aggregate
  • Supply and installation of pavement
