Drilling technology
We use Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) where an open crossing is only possible under difficult conditions. With this technique, we lay pipelines underground without digging a trench.
The efficiency of our company is a constant development. For example, we have our own installation for horizontal drilling. With our equipment, we can perform HDDs with lengths of up to 1,500 metres and diameters of up to 1,000 mm.
For this performance, our rigs have tensile forces of up to 100 tonnes and torque of up to 50,000 NM. With this drilling rig, we already performed a large number of HDDs of different lengths and depths on our major projects.

Environment and Sustainability
We place great importance on environmental compatibility in horizontal directional drilling. That's why we have bentonite recycling systems ranging from 500 to 2,500 liters for our drilling installations. This allows us to process and reuse the drilling fluid.
We are proud to say that following the acquisition of our PD45/19 MCU and PD100/50 CU+, we now have the first hybrid drilling installations in our portfolio.
